In and Out Market is a convenience store located in Des Moines Iowa. They came to us looking for a logo design that would encompass an approachable, friendly neighborhood feel while also being able to stand out on signage to attract visitors. Additionally, they were looking for a brand mark that could live separately from the words “In and Out Market” in certain applications. I developed primary and secondary versions of the mark, as well as the stand alone ampersand with the interchanging arrows to ensure the logo was versatile. This also provided a mark that was scalable from large building signs to a business card or package. The color scheme includes a bright red to create eye-catching signage, and is complemented by black, white and grey.
